Steve started canyoneering and climbing as a child with his father. He became an accomplished climber through his teens and early twenties. At 23 he started a successful real estate investment and development business. Around that time he rediscovered canyoneering. Since then he has helped push the limits of what was thought possible in the sport of canyoneering, including first descents, solo descents and explorations. His abilities have earned him the nickname “Spidey”.
